Our Back Story and How We Ended Up Here Cooking Italian Food For You and Your Family…

We are pleased to bring traditional Italian food from our family to Flower Mound. Fiori, Italian for Flowers, is named in honor of our grandmothers, who gave us their love for great food in their kitchens and restaurants. One of which bears the name of the most famous pizza in Italy the “Margherita” meaning Daisy. We stay true to our recipes and techniques that have been passed down for generations from Italy. We have perfected the traditions in America at our great Uncle Sal’s Restaurant in New York. Our father and grandmother Josephine still operate a restaurant in Arizona that is noted as the best Italian restaurant in Phoenix. We are the third generation of our family to share this special part of our family with our guests. Our menu moves seasonally from the spicy summers of Sicily to the hearty winter fare of Northern Italy.

Our favorite memories have been with family surrounding the dinner table decorated with pastas & wine. We are honored to bring our family traditions to the town of Flower Mound, and welcome you at our establishment to share those same moments of joy and delicious Italian food.
